Task : Conceptualize and design the UI/UX of the LiketoKnow.it shopping app (Day 1 to launch) – Featured in App Store “New apps we love” and had 1 Million shoppers in the first 9 months

We are continuing to innovate to accommodate our consumers

Mapping Workflows

It's important to capture the whole picture before you start building or even designing. Maps help align the team and stakeholders around the problem space.

We primarily focused on the Onboarding workflow one of our main KRs was to get 1 million unique signups in 12 months.

Problem

How do we balance a one solutions with the desire to customize messages for different social/blog channels?

 

Identify specific needs for each social channel

Instagram

•Influencers need to include www.liketk.it link in

•LTK team needs Influencers to tag @liketoknow.it & @liketoknow.it.home (& future channels @liketoknow.it.XYZ)

•Hashtags are relevant on Instagram, but not on Snapchat (or other channels)

Snapchat

•Caption lengths vary by social platform (e.g., snapchat is limited)

•Snapchat-specific content may not be desirable on the LTK Widget by Influencers

• Snapchat-specific content may not be desirable on LTK Profile

Weibo/WeChat:

•Need additional information about publishing on these platforms

•Need to develop promotional plan to build in specific bundle/education
