Role: Sole Product Designer

Task: RIA is a text based chatbot that allows rewardStyle to create rapid, helpful customer interactions. I helped create custom buttons, color palettes, and other components to meet specific needs. I also defined the bot’s purpose, set the tone of voice and created user flows.
